The Bamboos back in Brisbane

Last year saw performances around the country including at Parklife in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane as well as shows following the release of two albums: their third studio album ‘Side-Stepper’ and lead singer Kylie Auldist’s debut ‘Just Say’.

The Melbourne based band are one of the most talked about groups in Modern funk today and have toured extensively through Europe as well as around Australia.

The band, signed to UK label Tru Thoughts have recently finished recording Kylie’s follow up album ‘Made Of Stone’ which is set for release later in the year.

Presented by Niche Productions, the show will feature as all ways the super-tight grooves of their 8 piece line up as well as the infectious vocals of Kylie Auldist. The Bamboos will also be making their East Coast Blues and Roots Festival debut on the same weekend.
