Jessica’s music has been variously described as: “addictive" and as having the ability to "steal the hearts and minds of audiences" and as being "an excellent journey of endearing, fun, flirtacious and edible sounds which steamroller over existing music categories and demand a new one ". In the meantime we say “Al-pop with a jazz twist”.

So far Jess has been content with rowing her audience through her live gigs and busking in Bourke Street Mall…an underground word-of-mouth phenomenon carried by virus to the below-the-radar music lovers of the continent. There's something to be said for viruses…

DIM DARK PAST
EP "Back of Our Minds" in 2004 and a few songs won several national & international awards. Sold out. All gone. But OK …if you trawl around on itunes you can still buy the songs by download…

PRESENT
This time the EP release will be different, since she has been so very and extremely fortunate as to be selected for a JB Seed Grant. Yay for the SEED people!! Now the single and EP will have the chance to escape the confines of the boxes under the bed ...

FUTURE
"Under My Skin" is due out in November, and will be spread by stealth, WOM, by tour from Melbourne to Brisbane by Jess and her band of passionate Paige Boys. Oh, alright.. it has national distribution so some commerciality may just sneak in there…. And it may even be coming to a radio near you!

This wont hurt too much…
