Hannah Acfield

With a pocket full of talent and a goose bump inspiring voice that cascades through your senses, Hannah Acfield is a woman for which nothing happens accidentally on purpose. With a grandfather playing tunes with Cat Stevens, and a brother whose music career is soaring, it can be said that Hannah Acfield, is destined for musical success.

This talented young songstress hails from Rockhampton in regional Queensland, but has a styling that could easily be mistaken for being from more exotic places abroad. Described by peers as "music for the mind - depending on whether you want to contemplate the world or just relax", her lyrics offer an insight into a not so complicated woman living in a very complicated world.

Hannah has played at many venues around Queensland including the Troubadour, The Arena, Barsoma, Seaworld, The Tongue and Groove and Rics. The essence of life and love is captured beautifully through the soulful notes on the track "Give and Take". Beautifully written, it's reminiscent of times past with a blend of mocha soul thrown in for good measure, guaranteeing a moment of bliss. Hannah's EP is due out December this year so keep your ear out and expect great things
